Beatles Yellow Submarine US LaserDisc Transfer 4:3 Ratio NTSC

If you want to know why this is posted, read the info at this link: http://www.fab4art.com/New%20pages/9968.htm I\\\\\\\'m not one to share official products, but when the official product gets it so wrong, you gotta help fix it. This is just a straight MGM/UA LaserDisc played into a stand alone Panasonic DVD recorder. The transfer looks good, but I\\\\\\\'m sure others can do better. There is nothing but a text menu that leads into the movie. \\\\\\\"Chapters\\\\\\\" are aprox. every 5 minutes. There is a brief blank screen at the disc flip. Compared to the DVD, there is more top and bottom to the picture on the screen. Perfect transfer? No, but a nice companion to the crop job of the DVD.

First thought: sweet. thank you so much for doing this, because someone really needed to.
Second thought: i've just watched the first .vob, and it's friggin' AWEsome. SUCH a good transfer. you have no reason to be humble about this one, sir : ) sorry this is like a year after you upped it, but i just found it. speaks to its quality that it's still being seeded. and wtf? no other comments? c'mon people! show your appreciation!

Hey, the audio isn't quite right. You hear what I hear? During the songs, it sounds like parts of the music are missing. Are you sure the cables were hooked up right?
