It is, but the first 2 minutes of the first track are missing. It's only 14:49 not 16:10 as stated.

Only the first two songs are 320, the rest are 128, except one which is 284(vbr). The quality doesn't sound amazing, but it works just fine for the next couple of weeks until the album is released. And all sources I've looked at say the first song is 16 minutes, but the song doesn't seem to be missing anything, so I have no idea.
