TMPGEnus 2.524.63 Portable

A good encoding program for compressing video. Comes with several filters to improve the quality of the movie. If any one is interested in making kvcds this is one of the programs used to make them and it comes preloaded with the templets for that purpose. I will depending on how well this torrent does upload the other program for creating kvcds vcd easy later. This is a portable program i created using thin apps i hope you enjoy it. and please seed it to at least a 1.0 so that others can enjoy it!!!!
