Why does this ask for Permissions to read Phone State and Identity, the real Root Explorer doesnt require these to function. Cited belowhttps://market.android.com/details?id=com.speedsoftware.rootexplorer&hl=en

According to the Google Play Store, the latest version to this App is 2.21.1.I find that suspicious, so I downloaded this one instead:

@Jackal96Why is it suspicious? Usually 21 is a greater integer than 8, hence 2.8.1 is older than 2.21.1. This ain't no decimal point foo'!
