Yes finally, I tried it and this does work with the Theta version! I reinstalled like normal, and added to the game folder (add contents of the "final" folder to appropriate folder). I never have problems with Skidrow, I should have waited!

Skidrow rocks!!! For all the people who were having trouble with the Theta release like me, this is amazingly easy. Just copy past the crack files (even works with the theta install) didn't need to do any crap like having specific folder names and patching like in the theta release.

Weird, do you have the Rockstar Social Club thing? Cause I believe its necessary to save. Then when u open the game you'll have to fake login to it... you won't cause the crack seems to disable internet connection to the game.

And this is exactly why SKIDROW enjoys having the trust of so many gamers out there. The THETA crack was something, with which I couldn't get to make the game work at all, fighting for at least 2 hours or so. Downloaded this crack, held a bit of patience while it overwrote the files, and finally when I started it, the game launched and I was able to play like a charm. Thank you SKIDROW. You definitely are the BEST!

I downloaded the full game and crack from the first link in the description here. Game has been sitting on the synchronizing screen for 5 minutes with no disk activity, seems like it's stuck for me. Win 8.1 64 bit. Task Mgr tells me it's using 49% of my cpu on a quad core 2.6 Ghz, guess I'll let it try to synch awhile longer before declaring fail.

Seems like a no go for me. Won't go past synch screen even when run as admin. Finally did get a pop up from eset saying the game wanted to access the net and I said no, but after that still nothing.

Well, I got it to work for me. When installing the game it said it installed the dumb social club, and it was in revo to uninstall, but either it really didn't install it, or because I didn't use the default install path, it wasn't synching. Download social club from roclstar at this link: run it and onward you will go! If you have the synchronizing issue that is. Rawk On!
