You can use Fraps to record the Desktop by going to the General page and selecting Monitor Aero Desktop (DWM). You will then see the yellow FPS overlay in the corner of your screen. Just press the key that you use to Record and you're recording.
Be aware, however, that it will occupy your CPU's resources extensively, so try not to have *too* going on. But it does work, nonetheless.

"Follow these ten commandments of underground photoshop tutorial.
1. Open Photoshop CS 5 (This trick only works in CS 5, so if you have an older version then you must shove it up your rectum and get CS 5)
2. Open the image of fully clothed girl (If the girl is not fully clothed, this trick may fail to happen)
3. Now you get fully naked (I repeat YOU get fully naked) and shove your index finger way up your arsehole and keep it there for next ten minutes (not a second less and definitely not a second more, it helps to keep the timer on)
4. While you go through the colossal agony for ten fucking minutes, you must stare at our fully clothed girl's image in photoshop and concentrate real hard in order to imagine the girl without any clothes
5. Your rectal muscles may twitch and hurt a little but remember that's the thing we are looking for, 'cause this pain will be the driving force for you to rapidly use your imagination
6. Voila! the girl will start to loose its clothes as if they are simply erased. Now if the girl start to get off the clothes on screen then you must not show any surprise as the faculty of surprise might force you to loose your devotion towards this struggle
7. Keep concentrating and I bet your ass upon it that by the ninth minute the girl will be disrobed
8. And if by any chance - nothing happens, then you must repeat these instructions from step one
9. This trick may also work better if you'll shove two fingers up your ass, and it may be even faster
10. DO NOT TRY THIS TRICK ON ANY GUY's PHOTO. Adverse effects may explode your rectal veins and you could even die in a very embarrassing situation

Funny stuff man. But you left out the most important step.. so listen up rhtdmumar13 and any others seeking to "naked a girls in photo shop" ... in between step 2 and 3, just prior to the finger move, you have to stretch your scrotum up over your head. It MUST be done, or the girl will not, "naked" at all. The scrotal sac must absolutely be full stretched over the top of the head. This is hard for bald men, because the top of the head is slippery and wont hold on to the scrotum so you can insert a finger into your bottom. Remember, you must have a free hand to manipulate the mouse and keyboard, so the head must keep the scrotal tissue fully extended on its own. So remember there rhtdumar13, if you wanna see naked girls in photoshop, make sure you are not bald, and remember to stretch your sac, all they way over the top of your head. :) No need to thank me. I have done this many times and it works great. I promise.
