An interpretation on homosexuality? Not on your life...
The Bible very clearly states that homosexuality is wrong. I'm not someone you could call a Bible-thumper, but I will stick to what the Bible says and doesn't say.
See for yourself in Corinthians 6:9 and 1 Timothy 1:10.
And think on this - In all it;s time, Christianity has never killed a single person, but men following their own venal desires have done some terrible things to their fellow human beings for money, lands, power, and anything else imaginable.

The Bible also very clearly states a lot of other things.
Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.

If a man commits adultery with another man's wife?with the wife of his neighbor?both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.

Surely these are open to interpretation in these times of poly-cotton blends, divorce, and Red Lobster.
If these "Divine decrees" are open to interpretation, why is this one so different?
Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.

Chilehead - what about that guy who lived inside a fish for three days - do you stick with that too? Or do you deside what's right or wrong in the Bible.
Face the music - the Bible was written by some insane alcoholics or drug addicts and then translated to suit the interest of the church.
If J. K. Rowling lived 2000 years ago it would be a portrait of Harry Potter in every church.

Jag skulle ju å andra sidan inte gråta över en eller annan avrättad våldtäktsman eller lite färre muslimer i det här landet. Incest och tidelag är väl knappast OK heller.
