sign sis files offline N95 no symbian acc needed

(OK you need XP .net and nokia basic utils) Need to sign sis files cannot get a symbian account (surprise surprise...) This will work on 9.1 9.2 phones ie n95 21.0.016 if it only works first time recopy these files to there locations 0000001 key.key cert.cer or just re do the procedure in the install docs !!!!!!!! if xplor.sis file wont install on your phone try drjukka ybrowser!!!! Hack perms make sure the com port is correct it can change when you reconnect!!!! Have fun 30 years of cert life

On my E51 it says when I try to install "3 AppTRK.sisx":
"Unable to install. Component builtin."
