great torrent..one question though...
almost all extras, specials, XL editions etc have only 5-12 pages when they are supposed to have between 74 and 100 pages...just a few of them are complete...a bit confusing

A MUST for any MAD fan!
Read every single page as they were originally published - all the stories, letters pages, articles, and advertisements. Over 600 complete printable issues, cover to cover, that’s over 17,500 scanned pages in full color. Also includes video clips of Spy vs Spy animation.

A BIG Thanks from Malaysia!

Yeah chris1010, I too would like to know ytf I just downloaded 7 gigs so I could get to one issue, just to find out that it only had two pages and the cover like so many others in the file.
I could have got that much with an Image Search on Google. I did, actually. Hardly full magazines and all issues. I don't blame the uploader, but these details matter.
Fts.

Fuddly (2013-12-31)

Okay, I think I figured it out. The stripped down special issues have index pages hotlinked to the content inside the file, apparently since they are compilations and were trying to save space maybe.
It's a bit more complicated, more than a little confusing, since the sometimes the links in the index take you to the original issue cover and you have to click on it again. Bottom line is that the content seems to be there in somewhat haphazard form, but intact. If you click on an index link in a special issue and get the original issue the content first appeared in before the special issue you are looking at, just try it again. It's frankly a clusterfuck of a way to save space, but it's workable.
Unfortunately, it also means you apparently have to have every issue it links to rather than just one special issue, or I guess you could use it to make your own.
Either way, thanks to the uploader for making it available. I dont blame him for how MAD tried to compress it. Thank you very much waternut. I appreciate this a lot.
For everyone else looking for regular monthly issues, there shouldn't be a problem. Just take your time learning the file navigation.

I tried to read the unzipped pdf's on my tablet and couldn't find a pdf reader that would display them. Shoot!

beowoulfe (2014-10-15)

Guess I should have said "unzipped the files out of the iso"
Found a workaround, but it is time consuming. Open each file and resave it with a different name, like" Mad001.pdf to Mad001a.pdf.
