Yes, mount it with disc emulation software such as Daemon Tools and install it from there.

The game works perfectly fine, except there are no Cinematics (Except for the intro I think), so you will miss out on the entire story. But if you go onto Youtube and type Abe's Oddysee cinematics you will be able to find them.
