This is the full length movie indeed. The full length version is 104min long.
However the news gets even better for those who live in the US, and want a legit (non bootleg) copy. While the the DVD was always censored (99min for NC-17, and 102min for unrated), the US release on Bluray won't be. I think the director was well aware of the impact the film will have and that it would be censored or banned in some places and that his ambitions with this would not come across. I say ambitions loosely because I believe this film will only come across as exploitative and the presentation of the subject that it wants to criticise too stark for the audience.

Wow... this is one of those cases where I really thought I was just too brave. This movie will leave you ill, will make you question life, maybe even society as a whole. However, I think that was really the idea of the storyteller. The message I got from its storytelling, was that the world is full of victims. Everyone is a victim, especially us the viewers. The world is full of evil, and this film is a look into those with the power, and the kind of evil they will use to stay in control. Don't misunderstand, I cannot recommend this film to anyone I know, nor would I even want to mention its name in conversation. Was I sickened? Yes I was. Do I really regret watching? I'm not sure. With the exception of a couple scenes(of which I'm likely going to hell for seeing), this movie was actually entertaining. I'm not a fan of electronic music, but I even liked the score. The acting was realistic, the story was mostly original and daring. This was in all honesty, a well put-together film. Is it for anyone? Hell no. Horror and shock-film fans may have the same reaction I did, but most will likely find it to be too much. Nevertheless, it was an absolutely engaging and unforgettable film. Really, I am only offering my thoughts as an unbiased opinion, but I strongly urge that you watch at your own risk. You may never be the same. I give it a 7.5/10

Acting is excellent especially from MC-Srđan Todorović is great actor, one of best actors here along with his father(also great actor).Dunno why he acted here.Same with guy who acted Vukmir- he is kinda bad boy in our country but same as Srđan, a great actor.Violence in this movie is.... way above average horror slasher-you could compare it to snuff movie (and believe that me when i tell you, i've seen few of those, afterwards couldn't sleep for a week). Not for those of a faint hart.
Also i should mention that this movie is like black spot of our cinematography- if you watch it for exceptional masterpiece, you should skip it.Go watch The Marathon Family, Balkan Spy, Who's Singing Over There? and Underground instead.Those are real gems of our cinematography.Srđan's dad is acting in all of those.
But if you watch it as shocker horror-then sure, why not...

to sum up my opinion : When i first read the critics/comments that this movie is much better then Hostel i thought Wow ...must be a cool and well done Horror !!! .... but hey i call a film scary or disturbing/shocking when it has a feel that you are watching a real documentary, when it has a strong realistic effect/impression BUT in this movie the acting is so poor and the so called scary torture scenes are laughable and almost comedy type ...... in sum i think Hostel ( also had some mistakes ) was a much better film then this !!!

Anyone who can confirm if this is in fact a truly uncut version of the film? unfortunately there are so many versions out there that are listed as uncut but are in fact cut. The most common 'uncut' that is not really uncut is a version missing about 30 seconds of the 2 most infamous scenes. I suspect that this release is of that edition but I am seeking confirmation.

I do not think this is the true uncut version. After doing extensive research into the number of versions of the film available it would seem that there are several falsely labeled 'uncut' versions that have been released. The most prominent of them is a release missing about 30 from the original true uncut which is what I expect this release is.
Can anyone confirm or deny this?
As far as I can tell, the only true uncut version is the one that has 'Screener Copy' watermarked in the corner during playback, unfortunately I cannot seem the find this one. I have found several DVDSCR etc but none of them are actually the true Screener Copy that is confirmed to be the real deal.
If anyone can provide a link to the aforementioned I would be very grateful.
