FAKE. This is a re-encoded track.
The spectrum cuts off at 16 Hz. Real 320 kbps MP3 cuts off at about 20 Hz or higher.

NiCkLyLoReNzo posts re-encoded 128 kbps MP3 files. This is easily confirmed by looking at the frequency spectrum of any of his files using a program like Spek.
