I do agree a little bit with you, most people want the english version (I don't even know why ppl want a dubbed version, when I see a movie I want to hear the actors voice),
But NOT the whole world lives in America.

Any time you see a movie with TS or TC with Screener on the same title you know its gonna be not correct :P
There is no such thing as a Telesync or Telecine Screener, never has happened never will happen :P
Plus the piccy shows spanish, it kinda hints a bit at it :)
