The top comment also says that this is the demo.
I think it's safe to say that it's the demo.

if you compare versions it might help, this download is ver 1.0.31232, I don't have the "old" beta to compare it to, but it seemed to me that this was apx .5 gigs larger than the older upload. and frankly, why worry if it's been called a demo or a beta. to my knowledge there is no public demo. therefore, this is the beta.
