I strongly agree with botanybay1!
Do no use any meds, only in severe cases and for a sepcific amount of time, notas a daily routine.
No Bull here, I'm a psychologist myself, and Meds are the last thing I would recommend.

You guys are right, don't use prescription medication. Self medicate with massive amounts of alcohol instead.
