i read the nfo file but im pretty new at this so i dont know where to go or what to do with what it says in the file can anyone help please? or direct me to where i can get the help to do it. i love the software its great!!

Actually, it must be my system (I've had problems before due to an AMD processor).
Both exe files lock up on me. I downloaded the official install file, and Janus still locks.

Holy ****, people amaze me sometimes.
The file itself says *to read* the nfo file. Associate that with notepad and gives you instructions on how to crack it.
Install the program, run it once, then replace the .exe file with the cracked version and that's all you have to do. If it asks for name, serial, email, put in anything and hit enter. POOF, it's cracked.
Did everything suggested in the nfo file and it runs beautifully.

hi johax2, i must be really thick as i can open up the notepad and read the instructions, yet still cannot figure out how to get the exe file in the first place, let alone replace etc... are you able to give really basic instructions please? would be appreciated .. the software sounds interesting, thanks.. anita

Rated you up. This works wonderfully. Note to n00bz... When you cut and paste Janus4.exe, you might get an error notifying you that the crack file is like 1/14th the size of the "original" exe file. Replace it anyways, it will work fine.

i still can't work this out - if someone could advise me? i've installed the program but i don't know the difference between janus4.exe and the 'cracked version' ? can someone tell me what the name of the cracked version is and where it is located? [it might be obvious, but i can't find anything!] my guess is that there are two janus4.exe's? one is the trial version and one the cracked version? Help please! :)

Great app-was working perfectly till I changed my anti-virus to Avira! Now I know cracks are mistaken for viruses due to their architechture, and pose no threat, but this pesky avira seems to have nuked my janus back to sharewaredom!Is there any way I can download the cracked Janus4.exe without the rest of the 134.95MB I already have?Please advise-this eager noob is desparate!

No virus detected with Avira or Malwarebytes.nnHowever, I couldn\'t get this to run properly. Installed and tried to start, but got \"run time error 75\". I uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times with no luck.nnThe Janus website only lists Vista or earlier. Perhaps this doesn\'t work with Windows 7?

I also am having the \"run time error 75\" come up any time I run the janus.exe file. It says in the NFO file to install and replace the exe in the installed directory with the cracked exe, but there is only one janus exe file... is this the cracked one or the original one and in either case, where in the other exe? Should I have downloaded the software from the website and used this to crack it? Anyway, I get the runtime error every time, and so does my friend who tried this out. It may be common sense, but I just need a little nudge, thanks!

This worked perfectly on my old laptop (XP), but I got the runtime error trying to get it to work on my new laptop - sadly I don't think it will run on Win 7.

for anyone gettin that runtime 75 error just go to compatibility setting and set it for windows xp...atleast thats all i did im on windows 7 BTW

For the runtime error, revert the program's compatibility to XPsp2. Or just right click on the app and Troubleshoot Compatibility.

@Johax2: Which file is the cracked version of Janus4? I looked through the files in the install folder and none were labeled anything like "crack", "hack" or something like that.
Just the name of the cracked version is fine. I know how to use it once I know which is which.

Took me a min to figure out to open an nfo file in notepad, then another min to get the runtime 75 error fixed by switching to win xp compatability mode. Then it worked awesome. tnx

If changing compatibility doesn't work, click on "run this program as administrator" and that worked great for me in windows Vista.

The program works great tho, sucks it throws very difficult to remove adware on your PC though.

PS, I'm not talking about a false positive, this thing actively connects with the internet, added two new startup processes to my PC, created a fake rundll.exe, and my computer became full of adware.
