Oblivion FCOM mod - Last version omod pack

English one file FCOM basic installation. Includes all core files and some mods with it. Requires last oblivion patch, obmm and free time to activate it, because of high compression. If you have Shivering isles and other official mods - i did not include patches for expansion, but you can add it by your hands.

Gvertin, thank you for taking time to put this together, any chance you can put add-on omod for SI? This stuff is way too confusing. Or at least tell me what needs to be added to make it SI compatable. Right now it crashes at the load screen.

i've loaded this up and all seems ok but how do i test the new content or know that its there? sites say something about the 300 test.esp or the 300 testcell00 console command but i cant find the resources folder that its supposed to be in.a lil help?
