Thanks dada_sh for this upload. Works great except for Info Plus. This feature did not work with ver 16 either. Preventing changes to my system startup is why I got this and it works perfectly.

*PLEASE NOTE: AFTER INSTALLATION, THE DESKTOP SHORTCUT DIDN'T WORK (it's target is: WinPatrol.exe). I WENT TO MY PROGRAM FOLDERS AND LOCATED THE INSTALLATION FOLDER "BillP Studios". OPEN THIS FOLDER, THEN OPEN THE "WinPatrol" FOLDER. LOCATE "WinPatrolEx.exe" (NOT "WinPatrol.exe"), RIGHT CLICK "WinPatrolEx.exe" AND CREATE A SHORTCUT, THEN DRAG THIS SHORTCUT TO YOUR DESKTOP! HOPE, THAT, THIS HELPS!

Don't download. Scotty had catch on and even though the name and reg code can be registered, when you find Plus Info, it brings you to Scotty site and it will say you need to upgrade to Plus for the plus info cos the name and reg code do not work anymore.
