Why would he wanna log our IP for a logo modifying program? Its not illegal to put a dragon (or a fairy in your case)on your Vista.

Thanks for the great work boyfrom75, this was 6 hours well spent. The whole world is turning on to Vista, and this utility will let people personalize their Vista in a way that Microsoft would never let people.
