I live in India. I grew up watching a lot of different regional films, and of course, Hindi movies too. There used to be "watchable" bollywood films until even a few years ago. Films like Satya, Shool, etc. Music has always been almost the deciding factor behind a films box office performance here. But, to a handful few like myself, the *story* and quality of acting has always been more important. I like music too, but I just don't watch a film for music, I just listen to the music instead. Every now and then (rarely, honestly) there pops up a gem out of the disgustingly sily, ridiculous bollywood garbage (not like slumdog milli... it's one of the worst, and Rahman's music isn't anywhere near his usual quality, like in Roza, Bombay etc). The music directors in Bollywood shamelessly copy other peoples' works and even many films are Indian versions of Foreign films. But since this film has got a shockingly high imdb rating, and since you guys have taken the pain to share it, I"ll take my chances. Busy downloading something else right now, so can't comment on quality of upload/movie. May be after 4 - 5 days or so.

This is for Nabarun, your comment. You say, you live in India, and all the related stuff about hindi movies. Inspite of which you are wanting to watch a hindi movie because it is rated well on IMDB?? Go get a life man, if you were living in India, you would surely know that not just is this an awesome thriller, but was very well appreciated in the US by the mainstream US media, like LA Times, NY Times and the Film Journal, do a google and you will know. A Hollywood studio is even negotiating to buy the rights to remake it into a hollywood flick. About your issues on some hindi films being copied from hollywood, you will be amazingly shocked to know how Hollywood has been doing the same for years now, shocked? Its just that they do it very smartly, and even make smart changes to the script. It even includes Oscar winning hollywood movies. Yes, it does, RAINMAN being just one of the examples where it lifted the entire concept from the Tamil film Moondaram Pirai, also dubbed in Hindi as SADMA. Do your homework before you post a moron comment like this. Who are you trying to please anyways here by writing such comments??
