But this one taking more than two hour for complete extraction or even more maybe..........

in the end should be around 14gb of data
i had the same c++ error in the beginning, but it was only 2.5gb of data in the folder, so something went bad in the setup
the second time setup took more time, and the game installed perfect
too bad we can´t install the update for ripped games

try installing a pack of c++ which has all of them
maybe your c++ issue was different from mine
my firts time with setup was very quick, but was not complete, maybe i hit the wrong setup.exe or something or just a bugged installer
the second time lasted longer and worked perfect
verify the size of folders

The game has installed and working but in the 1st chapter....All i see a black screen and my target crosshair, two pistols at bottom left and my health bar on the top right. All i hear is sounds but i cant get a visual. My rig- AMD Phenom X2 550, 4GB Ram, Nvidia 9400GT (1GB). And all my drivers are updated. Please help. Im desperate to play this game. Thanks.

I got the solution....Just changed my screen resolution to a little higher resolution.....JHAKAAS (VOILA) its working now.....everything is perfect.
