Just a suggestion... Whenever you download a torrent that isn't for a hot new movie, as soon as the tracker is loaded into your torrent management program such as uTorrent etc., look at the other users that are downloading the torrent and make sure that they're not all stuck at or about the same percentage and that at least some seeders are at 100%. If all you see are users stuck at 99.6% etc., you know it's a waste of time and you should try another torrent.
