Known problem: launcher may does not work.
Solution: go to Program Files \Bus Driver \bin \win_x86 and run busdriver.exe

Solution #2: right click the shortcut and select Run As Administrator.

It took a bit of fiddling to get this to run on the first try, but other than that, it works perfectly.
If you install this over the previous version of Bus Driver, then do -not- try to run the executables in the Bus Driver folder. The proper ones are in Bus Driver\bin\win_x86.
Before installing the crack, run launcher.exe, edit your settings and then launch the game from there. Then quit and install the crack.
These steps worked perfectly for me, ymmv.

(You need to edit your settings to overwrite the configuration files for the previous version. If you don't do it, you'll get an annoying warning dialog when you run the game.)

Doesn't work sorry mate. tried everything, run launcher normally and as administrator, and xp sp2 compatibility mode, the same for the application in the x86 folder. nothing works sorry...
