win nt stands for the windows nt series (nt based kernel): windows nt, windows 2000, windows xp, windows 2003, windows vista..... There are 2 series: 9x and nt.

2.51 will not work with Vista.
And has been said to you a couple of times, why download this old version when 2.7 is the one on their site and this one ?
