The game have english and japanese languages. And includes a patch for translate it to portuguese and russian.

works perfectly!!!! mount iso with damon tools. click on setup, then copy crack in crack file and paste (copy & replace) it in your C: program files/konami/silent hill 4......as easy as that!
play from icon on your desktop.

Just to keep this up to date 1/15/2014! It works fine! Install the ISO and run setup, nothing else! LOL
1.If something goes wrong, it's your computer.
2. If you get a black screen sometimes when starting the actual game, move the resolution and should see again.
Overall: Great Horror game, 8/10, better than most horror games. Great Torrent from toit80. Thank you! :D
