Kevin Chan är en polis i Hong Kong som, i stort sett, själv arresterar en gangsterledare. Dock blir Kevin misstänkt för mordet på en poliskollega. Nu måste han rentvå sitt namn samtidigt som han försöker slippa bli arresterad eller mördad och dessutom försöka få flickvännen att inte lämna honom...
