Uh, DUH! Unrar, then unzip/unrar again, until you get the actual file!
Yes, it's a pain in the ass.... but for some reason, some websites do it this way.

Okay, there is a HUGE problem with this game.... it always crashes at the end of level 3 when after you get into the car and drive to the green 'end of level' point.
It needs a new crack or a fix for the current crack.
