Exiled-Destiny Kamichu!

Wiki: Yurie is a petite, shy and otherwise ordinary middle-school girl who suddenly discovers that, overnight, she has become a kami (a god in the Shinto sense). She has no idea what kind of god she is or what her powers are. Her friends give her the nickname "kamichu" from "kami" (god) and "ch?gakusei" (middle school student). In her journey she meets many gods and learns the ways of the gods in order to become a great god herself. I can't get the subtitles to work. On Windows Media Player, I can change teh Audio (english default but I can put in in Japanese) but I can't insert the subtitles.
If i try to use VLC...no video shows up.
So, how can I watch this with Japanese Audio and english subtitles??/
Thanks for the help. Oh, and I would hate to dl another player to install...2 players is enough.
