How do you sync the external audio file to the video?

there are no external audiofile, just a mkv-file with picture/audio and a srt-file (sub) with swedish text. You can use the Mediaplayer Classic or the VLC-player if you have the proper codec's installed. Google K-lite Codec Pack or Combined Community Codec Pack, install and play almost any videofile.
