To anyone wondering what this is :
Lots of banner pics, some patent pdf. file, and a few ( just three I think ) mp3 files.
What's on those mp3 files ? I'll tell you :
some 35 min long single-frequency stereo-flanging sine-wave tones . . . . . . . . . . .
Go figure . . . . . . .
Any week now, they'll make it into the charts !
To put it mildly: I'm a very broadminded audio technician - but this one's way past my scope !
This is just BIZARRE ! ! !

#Archer_DRAW
they are NOT stero-flanging sine-wave tones
They are "sine-wave" but theres 4 of them
2 different one, on each channel, and they are between 1hz and 30hz "but not more" apart.
the beat is created in the mind by the difference in the HZ between the two seperate channels.
that "Throbbing or "flanging" your refering too is not actually in the sound, but your brain creating the "binaural beat"

"The scientific research on this technique (Binaural beats) is sketchy at best. I was excited a while ago when I first encountered the phenomenon, but after researching quite extensively as part of my masters, I could only find two truly scientific studies, even then both poorly done, that supported any measurable psychological effects. Furthermore, consultation with colleagues in auditory perception yielded the opinion that entrainment due to binaural beats would not be unique; that is, any periodic stimulation to the perceptual system will likely produce analogous activity rhythms in the brain."
This phenomena is not unique and will not have any significant effect. Buddhist monks have been using chants for centuries to achieve a much more enlightened and natural state of mind. This is a fad akin to the pet rock.

dkstar is incorrect in his conclusions as a disinfo operative or just ignorant.
The "japas", mantrams used in circle meditations by nepalese monks, indigenous tribes, gurus and secret groups (freemasons, roscicrusians ect...) have similar trancsendental effects like binaural beats in lowering and synchronizing brain waves to be able to see with the minds eye.
The difference being verbally resonating the voice while meditating vs just listening to the beats. It has the same effect but takes longer without the sacred "vowel" sounds resonating the body's cavities.
I personally experienced this phenomena with binaural beats so keep listening!!!
