i use the "SafePeer" plug-in for Azureus, which also uses the peer guardian database from what i understand. ive been using safepeer for a couple years now and have yet to get 'caught' by my isp or anyone else. Peer Guardian or SafePeer are a MUST HAVE if you live in the States.
