Happen for me: Not work because software connect to internet. After one time start, all files from DVD Creator was delete. Its something what Xilisoft make after. can not run software. After I install to another folder DVD Creator XY and is ok.

And forget, dont run SplashScreen.exe. delete this file from Xilisoft DVD Creator folder. Run dvdcreator.exe.
