I am also stuck at 99,8% and no one on my peer list has a full 100%.
But it still works!
I unpacked it (with 7 zip file manager..does .rar too, and itopened an .avi file so it works fine on my windows media player 11.
Totally fine so far, and even burned a dvd to watch for the holidays :)
