That's really simple. After downloading, you keep this torrent incl. all the files in the listing of your torrent-program. You'll be one of the 'seeders' because you've got 100% of all the files in this torrent on your HDD. When using your torrent-program to download other torrents, this torrent will automatically seed to others, so they also can complete their download from you, thus turning them into seeders as well.
