The story about someone having sex with 600 men was actually a fictional novel in which the protagonist attempted to beat Annabel Chong's record.
Also, during this video Annabel did not contract HIV. All of the performers were tested for HIV prior to filming. I don't know if the same holds true for other STDs though, so there may or may not be a grain of truth to that one.
