It says ISO here but in the torrent that's busy downloading there is a .img at the end. Will it still be an ISO when its done?

Generally .img works the same as .iso at least for me it does. im using ePSXe (playstation 1 emu) and ive come across several file types that work for me, .CCD, .CUE .BIN. IMG, .ISO all work for me.
