I don't know the compression, but the quality is perfect. All the extra features (filmography, trailer) deleted, also the korean DTS audio. I changed the korean subtitles for the spanish subtitles, so if you want to watch the movie with spanish subtitles, you must select the korean subtitles. Para ver la película con subtítulos en castellano, debes seleccionar en el menú los subtítulos coreanos.

EXCELLENT DVD rip!! Took days to get but well worth it! Haven't watched the whole thing but it looks amazing! Thanks Goethemola!!

ps The only thing this rip doesn't have is "Special Features".

Having issues getting it to play on OS X 10.6.8 using DVD Player 5.4 or VLC 1.1.12 - it'll halt somewhere in a production company intro.
MPlayer 2 plays it, but there's a lot of graphics glitches, like it has trouble keeping up. I have no such issues with other DVD rips so I doubt it's a speed issue.. suggestions?

Make a playlist as the torrent is broken into "chapters": it plays like a dvd (including menu) in VLC: you can set subs in setup.
NOTE: the subs don't persist on screen long enough and the subtitle translators did a poor job (as in they translated TOO much) so that the translation flash by before you get the info - AND you are reading so much that I had no idea which of the three lead characters were which (because I didn't have time to learn the faces between frantically reading.
