I just downloaded this game and it worked. I was very disappointed with it cause there are no missions or anything. I also found out that i could not use the spawn car feature or the weapons. The only thing that worked was the features on the cars. Also they cars were all wrong. I got in on car and said it was another. I would not recommend downloading this game.
