The main reasoning for Bill Maher's denial of God's existence, according to his own words is this: he said Christians cannot be right about life after death, because they cannot know what happens after death and he does not. Mr. Maher, your reasoning is seriously flawed. Billions of people know things you don't. I guess you deny all other types of knowledge that you don't know? If you don't know multi-variable calculus, then that means it doesn't exist? This reasoning is very typical of those who try and defend evolution as science.

You mean "try TO defend evolution as science", right? Because otherwise, it sounds like they succeed. Also, evolution (as you use the word) isn't a science. It's a theory. One that is supported by paleontology, molecular biology, genomics, and ecology (to name a few), all of which ARE sciences.
And so is evolutionary biology, which has proved the process of evolution as scientific fact. That is, and objective and verifiable observation. It is therefore true. It needs no defense.
Also, your deliberate mischaracterization of Maher's argument makes yours a straw man argument - a logical fallacy. Fallacies are inherently false.
