When I downloaded the video and I opened it on the title menu, I am unable to browse the contents such as "customize" and "maximize results". When I click on those and other opens in the title menu, it creates problems and doesn't open. Is the downloaded itself faulty or am I doing something wrong?

What are you opening this with? If I'm not mistaken, it's a VIDEO_TS file, so it's basically a whole DVD with menus and such -- I've had success burning it to DVD with Toast Titanium and all the menus work.

If you burn to DVD you may have to also create a blank directory called AUDIO_TS to get a readable burn on some writing programs.
