Thanks for your usually excellent uploads. I'm noticing more & more RAR files. Curious - how come? I don't think size matters. that's what she said :-)

Thanks for the upload. Frankly it was a disappointing read - the OP's opening quote "The perfect combination for a paranormal investigation." over-sells this book hugely. It's just trite sensationalism of the subject, with 'Ron' blatantly out to entertain his listeners/viewers. And with all that, nothing substantive is reported to have occurred in any of the "investigations" that were documented.
