Only to be humiliated and so he refuses to pay up he is beaten, robbed, and finally his apartment is burned, killing his wife and disfiguring his child. Now in a fit of revenge, wong enlists the help of his neighbor dr. Lamb yes, the one and only serial killer but this time, dr.
