i say 9 for video cuz for the 3rd season its not that good...like when u hav a scratched disc it keeps pixelating and chipping out then coming back (not very often)
but apart from that its excellent

Season 1: V=9 , A=9
Season 2 & 3: V=10 , A= 10
Can't say I've seen any issues with the video. Only rated season 1 a bit lower because though the quality is good, the native screen size is tiny.

For those of you struggling with downloading, I recommend downloading a list of popular trackers. Clean up the duplicates and hostnotfounds and save into a text file double spaced. Adding other trackers *may* help improve download speed/seeder amounts. Also, have you tried adjusting your maximum connection quantity in preferences? If there is a limit there, it won't let you connect to all the seeders, only n amount at a time. gl
