I haven't downloaded yet but for people wondering, you copy the file (hopefully as a BLU or BLES whatever) to a Gamez folder on the external. In the internal keep looking for the Gamez folder to move it to. In the BLU/BLES folder there should be 2 folders, PS3_UPDATE and PS3_GAME, with a file, PS3_DISK. Anything else and I don't know.
