I think you are so much stupid.You have taken a very small part of Chapter.And you did not read the details which were before and after this aayat.
(Quran 8:39 "Fight them until faithlessness is no more, and religion becomes exclusively for Allah."
So i suggest you to read full chapter and then talk.

@btb101 - I appreciate ur concern. It sounds like you intend good for mankind. But when u mention:
thighing - it is a fatwa of shiite Ayatollah khomeni i.e his own sick opinion
