Well after digging deep into Google I found another site hosting the .FLV and downloaded it and converted it to DivX AVI format. If you don't have the K-Lite Codec pack you most likely need to have the DivX player installed on your system to view this file. No viruses, no tricks. I dug and dug and dug on Google and couldn't find a clean FLV file to DL and convert to AVI. If anyone runs across a site that you can play the file on without needing an ActiveX control add on (virus) or need to register or whatever then please let me know. No, not a virus. I've seeded over 1600+ copies myself and there's been multiple comments. If there was a virus you would've heard about it by now. It's a Flash Video file (.FLV) that's been converted to .AVI. The low file size is due to the low resolution of the video. It's not some high quality HD rip or anything, just yanked off the web.

Someone asked about size. This was most likely taken from your AppData temp folder in Mozilla. I found this video on Flurl, but could not figure out how to DL it. I figured it had to be on my computer somewhere, so I looked in the temp files, sorted by size, and date...then renamed the biggest file with an AVI extension.
Is this how you got it CaptainMoose?

To answer your question, no. I have the DownloadHelper extension in Firefox. When I found a clean copy on the web (took digging SUPER deep into Google search results), I used DownloadHelper to snag the .FLV (Flash Video) file. Then I used FLV to AVI to convert it. The resulting AVI is very small in size, but the quality is also very small.
I've seeded over 1800 successful copies myself, and who knows how many copies others have seeded from that.
