This is Zyurager the Japanese show that Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is based off of. This torrent only contains the first two episodes but if there is enough interest I will post a torrent of the entire series. Been trying to find every episode through a torrent would love if you would upload them all. Its impossible to find anywhere and you would be doing a great service to the Super Sentai fans.
