Quality is great for the filesize, but the episodes aren't the complete versions that you would find on the DVDs. You can see for youself - in the pilot episode the very first circle scene is cut short - possibly to avoid the word "whore". You can see the full version on dailymotion (just search "That 70s Show Pilot") to compare.
It's such a shame. More a fault of the broadcasters that thought these edits were necessary than the uploader. This would be perfect if I could have faith that the episodes were complete, but I'm afraid that's no longer possible.
