Used MagicISO to burn the CD ISO file instead of included Creator. Powered up the PC with the dodgy password into BIOS and changed boot priority to boot from CD. Following the simple on screen prompts I deleted the password and rebooted (changed back to hard disk as 1st boot device) and Bingo - No Password. Perfect!
