Stopped [Error: Access is denied]? Why? How to fix?

I downloaded the file and had no problems opening it.Im using Adobe Acrobat X Pro.
I think the Problem is with "Protected Mode" IF your Using Adobe Acrobat.
Do a google search on "Stopped [Error: Access is denied]" it will tell you how to fix it.
